This is a complete, turn-key, all-inclusive system. No additional equipment needed.

The EdgeCam1100 system is a complete video recording system designed to capture high quality footage. The mini DVR can record footage on dual SD memory cards and has a 3" LCD screen for convenient viewing. This system is housed in a crushproof, water-resistant, 5.88" x 4.06" x 2.12" (14.9 x 10.3 x 5.4 cm) casing designed for extreme sport applications. The entire system weighs only 1.5 lbs (.68kg). This system will record for approximately 35 minutes with the built-in 1 Gig SD Memory card. The batteries last approximately 3 hours. The DVR is equipped with 2 sd card slots, allowing you to add any size memory card to slot 1, up to a 16 gigabyte. This system records in ASF format.

This is a solid state video recorder (vibrations will not cause video to skip as they would with a hard-drive based recorder)
